Consulting Firm for Manufactureres
Process Design is a Japanese consulting firm for the manufacturers. We establish a Just-in-Time System from the purchasing to the shipment department through the production, and offering the thinking way of continuing the productivity enhancement and reducing the lead-time. We practice and share the knowledge based on the thinking way of Toyota Production System, TPS, and Cell Production, in which the system is kind for humans. Personal skill enhancement is focused on in those activities.
