Process Design is a Japanese consulting firm for the manufacturers. We establish a Just-in-Time System from the purchasing to the shipment department through the production, and offering the thinking way of continuing the productivity enhancement and reducing the lead-time. We practice and share the knowledge based on the thinking way of Toyota Production System, TPS/LEAN, and Cell Production, in which the system is kind for humans. Personal skill enhancement is focused on in those activities.
