Process Design is a Japanese consulting firm on the Toyota Production System (TPS). We establish a Just-in-Time System from purchasing by the shipment department through to production, and offer advice about how to improve productivity and reduce lead-time. We practice and share knowledge based on Toyota Production System methodology(thinking), TPS/LEAN, and Cell Production which are all nice for people to understand and use. These activities are focused personal skill enhancement.
